Lyric's to My Favorite French Rap Song

Ils plaident devant Dieu ensemble. Vu
Ils etait convaincant, elle etait convaicue
A croire qu'aujourd'hui s'arreter etait exclu

Little time, but lots to do

So my cousin finally got married...that's important for me because I always judged the distance of my leaving with the distance of the wedding, and since the wedding has come and gone, that means there is only months left until I leave. I guess the really important thing is that I finally sold my car. That was a sad day, but it's ok cause that day I also bought my plane ticket finally. So it looks like I am actually going to move to England.

On more happy news it looks like Newcastle University was voted the best place to be for a college student. Or the best Uni in Britain or best college town something like that. When i saw that it made me really, really excited to get the show started. I know that I am going to get into some kind of trouble...haha. Anyway I know that it will be fun, I just want to get there and start making friends. Also I want to get there so I know when I can tell people when they can come and see me. That's the most important thing!! This oppertunity can't be wasted, not when I'm moving to a party town, there are hundreds of bars, and places to hang out. I want to get there find the fun ones and have my friends/family come visit so I can proudly show them off to everyone.

Just an update

So, not much going on right now. Just counting down the days until I leave. Which, if your counting with me, is only 4 months and 22 days. I don't know I know that I should be really excited, I know everyone else that I tell is really excited that I am going, but I guess I'm not. I think I am just now realizing how long I am going to be away from my friends and my family. So I am trying to be more social and hang out with friends that I don't really see. I'm making an effort. Anyway, I am still waiting to see if I might have gotten a scholarship through the school, probably won't know until May, but I still check my email everyday. Other than that everything is great. I love my job, I think that I may have found what I want to do with my life, at least job wise, and for awhile anyway. Hopefully I will still feel that way when I get done with this whole masters thing. I'm sure I will.

Things are going waaaaay too slowly. All I want to do is get all this stuff sent in so that I know I will have a place to live in September. But housing info isn't available until March, which is luckily only a week and a half away. I know once March hits, there will be not a lot to do, but more to do than I have now. If that makes any sense. aaaahhhhhhhh....I just want to be there now and get started with everything.

It Looks Like I'm Going Back to School

Obviously, I'm going back to school in September. But I've been thinking about taking a language class. Since I plan on studying in England and hopefully working there after, the two years of Spanish in high school and three semesters of Spanish in college are no longer useful (as if they ever were?) I wish I would have started this last semester so I would have one semester under my belt. But I was thinking of taking French, German or Latin. Haven't really decided which one yet. I think French might be the easiest of the three, but I'm not sure. I really hated Spanish class. But since this might be really useful in the future, why not? You know those Europeans have a few languages on their resumes. It wouldn't give me an edge, but it might make me a little more equal. We'll see how this goes.
